Description

Transitioning to Leader: Extended Version offers a comprehensive exploration of what it means to lead effectively in today’s organizations. Participants develop a clear understanding of the leader-manager they aim to be and strengthen the essential skills and strategies needed to get there.

The course covers core leadership topics such as effective communication, collaboration across remote and in-person teams, and fostering employee engagement, while also expanding into building and managing high-performing teams, navigating change, and applying more advanced leadership practices. Participants will explore real-world leadership challenges and gain practical tools to lead with confidence, clarity, and impact.

Who should attend? This course is ideal for individuals who are new to leadership or interested in developing their leadership skills, as well as members of leadership teams and emerging leaders looking to deepen their effectiveness and expand their impact.

For participants looking to take a deeper dive into specific leadership and change-related concepts, this course pairs well with Accelerated Leadership and Change Management, which offer more focused exploration of leadership development and leading through organizational change.
