Description
Change Management equips leaders with the tools and frameworks needed to navigate organizational change effectively and sustainably. While change is inevitable in today’s business environment, successful change requires thoughtful leadership, clear communication, and a deep understanding of how change impacts people and systems.
Through interactive workshops and applied learning, participants explore how to assess the scope and impact of change, manage employee reactions, and build acceptance and commitment across teams. The course introduces proven change management models and strategies, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and sustaining change over time. Participants will apply these concepts to real-world scenarios and leave with practical tools to lead change initiatives with confidence, empathy, and strategic clarity.
Who should attend? This course is ideal for leaders, managers, and professionals who are responsible for leading or supporting organizational change. It is well suited for individuals navigating restructuring, growth, strategic pivots, or other significant transitions, as well as those who want to strengthen their ability to engage stakeholders, address resistance, and drive lasting adoption of change initiatives.
Participants interested in continuing to build advanced leadership capabilities may benefit from Accelerated Leadership, which focuses on strategic influence and executive presence, or Biotechnology Project Management, which supports leading complex initiatives through execution and cross-functional coordination. Preparing for Effective Presentations is also a strong complement for those looking to strengthen communication skills when leading change efforts.
