Description
Biotechnology Project Management offers a practical, industry-specific approach to managing projects within the biotechnology sector. Participants develop a working understanding of how project management principles apply across the drug development lifecycle, including the role of regulatory agencies and cross-functional collaboration.
Through experiential learning labs, real-world examples, and interactive discussion, the course introduces tools and strategies for analyzing risk, allocating resources, tracking progress, resolving conflicts, and making informed decisions. Participants will strengthen their ability to manage projects and teams effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated biotech environment.
Who should attend? This course is ideal for biotechnology professionals who are responsible for managing projects or contributing to cross-functional project teams, including project managers, team leads, and individuals looking to build or formalize their project management skills within the life sciences.
For participants interested in expanding their skill set beyond project execution, this course pairs well with Change Management, Finance of Biotechnology, and Preparing for Effective Presentations, which provide additional tools for leading through change, understanding financial decision-making, and communicating project outcomes effectively.
