Head of University Talent & Acquisition, Biogen

Mike Convicer is the head of University Programs at Biogen, where he oversees the end-to-end candidate experience for all university-sourced positions at the company.  Prior to his tenure at Biogen, Mike was the MBA and military program manager for Bank of America, overseeing a variety of intern and early career initiatives across multiple Bank business units. Earlier in his career, Mike served as Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Boston University, leading the admission process for candidates to the university’s School of Medicine Accelerated Degree program.

Mike holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, a Master of Science in Arts Administration, and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, all from Boston University. He currently resides in Brookline, Massachusetts.
