About Jaimy

Jaimy joined MassBioEd in March of 2022. She helps in supporting the recruitment, screening, and coaching of the apprenticeship program candidates. Jaimy has over six years of experience in college access and the higher education industry. Her focus has been on supporting the advancement of underrepresented POC (people of color) through coaching, facilitating, and coordinating tailored programming. She also has a background in the sciences, working for several years in the healthcare industry and in programs geared towards exposing youth to STEM. Jaimy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Biology from Framingham State University in 2017 and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Project Management from Northeastern University in 2022. She speaks Haitian Creole.
