Kaye is the Head, Talent Acquisition for Sanofi’s North America Region. Kaye’s experience includes Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, HR Operations along with Talent Acquisition.  She started her career with Textron which owns Cessna, Bell Helicopter, E-Z-GO and other businesses. Since Textron she has worked with companies such as Walmart, Thermo Fisher Scientific and now, Sanofi.

Some key accomplishments of Kaye are partnering with the University of Texas to establish their Masters Business Analytics. She received the Chairman’s Award of Innovation for creating a bootcamp to hire engineers. While working at Walmart, she received National and State awards for her work in STEM. However, the accomplishment she is most proud of is conducting podcasts with fellow employees while at Thermo Fisher on topics such as what it’s like to be Black in corporate America, Gay in Corporate America, and Mental Health in corporate America.

For pleasure Kaye enjoys running, golfing, cooking for friends & family and poker. For the past two years she has qualified for the World Series of Poker. For giving back she helps early in career talent as well as underrepresented minorities find and establish careers.
