Participants will use restriction enzymes and gel electrophoresis to identify and map two unknown plasmids.

NOTE: There are two sessions to this workshop – March 17, 2021, 3:30-5:30 PM and March 19, 2021, 5:00-6:00 PM

Any teacher that wants to participate remotely and watch the labs as demonstrations is welcome to register. As a demonstration, this workshop qualifies for 3 PDPs.
