In this full-day workshop, you will complete two different restriction enzyme analysis labs to construct maps of lambda and plasmid DNA. These labs, developed by the BioTeach team, are inexpensive to bring to your students through the support of New England Biolabs. 

Massachusetts teachers that complete the workshop and submit a pre- and post-workshop assignment are eligible for 10 PDPs.

 All participants can enroll in our equipment lending program.

 Lunch is provided and parking is free.
