Bring MassBioEd Training Directly to Your Team

Give your employees practical, industry-informed professional development—delivered exclusively for your organization.

MassBioEd can bring nearly any of our Professional Training Courses directly to your team, including courses that are not currently available through our open-enrollment schedule. Whether you are developing new managers, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, building essential industry knowledge, or preparing employees for their next level of leadership, we will work with you to create an offering that meets your organization’s needs.

Training Built Around Your Organization

Every team is different. That is why our Single Company Offerings are designed to be flexible.

Together, we can determine:

  • The course or topic that best supports your goals
  • Virtual, in-person, or blended delivery
  • Dates and times that work for your employees
  • The most appropriate course length and format
  • Your preferred training location
  • Opportunities to tailor examples, discussions, and activities to your team
  • Options for additional course customization, when needed

Your course can be held at your company, at MassBioEd’s training space in Kendall Square, or virtually—depending on the offering and your team’s preferences.

Almost Any PTC Course. Just for Your Team.

Single Company Offerings may include courses in:

What to Expect

1. Start with a complementary consultation.

Meet with MassBioEd for a free information-gathering call. We will discuss your goals, audience, preferred timing, and any challenges you would like the training to address.

2. Receive an informal proposal.

Following the conversation, MassBioEd can prepare a preliminary, non-binding proposal for your internal review. There is no commitment required to explore the possibilities.

3. Plan the experience.

Once your organization decides to move forward, you will meet with MassBioEd and the course instructor to discuss your audience, priorities, logistics, and opportunities to tailor the learning experience.

4. Bring the training to your team.

We will coordinate the course delivery around your organization’s schedule and needs, allowing your employees to learn together and immediately connect the content to their work.
