Marissa Budds currently leads recruitment for the Global Product Development & Supply (GPS) and Cell Therapy organizations at BMS and has been with the organization for over 5 years in various roles within Talent Acquisition.  She has been instrumental in building out new manufacturing sites, increasing capacity at existing ones, and developing strategic initiatives to ensure organizational readiness for the future.  Prior to joining BMS, Marissa led recruitment strategies across multiple functions and multiple modalities within the life sciences industry.  Marissa lives north of Boston with her husband and 17 month old son and loves spending time with family when she isn’t at the office.
