The course explores key drivers of motivation and satisfaction, helping participants clarify what matters most to them and identify opportunities to increase their engagement and impact.

Participants will examine how meaningful growth often occurs through on-the-job experiences and learn strategies for being more intentional about learning from those experiences. Through guided discussion and practical frameworks, the course introduces tools for navigating career decisions, setting development goals, and building a proactive approach to career growth and fulfillment.

Who should attend? This course is designed for professionals at all career stages who want to take greater ownership of their engagement and career development. It is particularly helpful for individuals seeking greater clarity around their professional goals, those navigating career transitions, or anyone interested in building a more intentional approach to personal and professional growth.
