The second annual graduation ceremony for our Life Sciences Apprenticeship Program, celebrating 50 graduating Biomanufacturing Technician and Clinical Trial Associate Apprentices who are completing the program. Graduating apprentices completed at least 150 hours of classwork and 2,000 hours of on-the-job training with a biopharmaceutical company in Massachusetts.

This unique program provides individuals from historically underrepresented backgrounds with opportunities for new careers in the growing biopharmaceutical industry in Massachusetts. By combining employment at leading life sciences companies with accelerated and paid training, the Life Sciences Apprenticeship Program is developing a pool of diverse and skilled talent to meet the needs of local companies and building pathways for non-traditional candidates to begin meaningful careers with family-sustaining wages in a growing and vibrant industry.

This graduation will take place during National Apprenticeship Week on Thursday, November 16 between 4-6 PM at one of our employer partners, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Cambridge.
