Marissa MacGauley leads recruitment at Bristol Myers Squibb across the Cell Therapy Franchise, inclusive of all business areas.  Prior to this role, she led recruitment for Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering across the enterprise, where she has led the build-out of multiple manufacturing facilities.

She had led Talent Acquisition and Strategy at a variety of global companies across many modalities and functional areas.  Before coming to Bristol Myers Squibb, she led Research and Development Recruitment at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, supporting the organization as they doubled in size in a short period of time. 

Outside of Talent Acquisition, Marissa lives north of Boston, enjoys traveling and the great outdoors!
