In this workshop, participants will explore BioScann, a week-long digital problem-based learning curriculum that builds student STEM career awareness and graph interpretation skills in the context of real-world science. Come experience Tufts Center for Science Education’s new Cervicare Coalition Case, which explores HPV, vaccines and shared clinical decision-making.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore BioScann as a student, taking on the role of various STEM professionals and analyzing career-specific data to make group decisions. Participants will get access to BioScann, including additional cases on HIV Drug Development, and a Stress Public Health Campaign, and get support setting up to use it in their classroom. All curricular materials are FREE. This curriculum was created by partnership with Boston-area teachers and the Center for Science Education (CSE) at Tufts School of Medicine, with the support of a Science Education Partnership Award from the National Institutes of Health.
