Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, Ginkgo Bioworks

Angela joined Ginkgo as a member of the Talent Acquisition team in 2022 to build the company’s first Early Talent program as a diversity-focused pipeline for full-time roles.  She is a results-driven, collaborative leader who is passionate about creating an inclusive and diverse workplace for early careerists. Prior to Ginkgo, she led university recruiting and diversity initiatives at Mastercard and Monsanto/Bayer, where she leveraged an extensive background in higher education leadership and student development to add value to attracting collegiate talent in the industry.
