About Marcie

Marcie joined MassBioEd in 2020. As the Vice President of Advancement, she is responsible for the fundraising, marketing, and communications activities of the organization and works to grow and cultivate partnerships that advance awareness and support MassBioEd’s programs. Prior, Marcie was Director of Development and Strategic Initiatives at Project Place in Boston, a community organization focused on jobs and housing, where she built a development department that provided fundraising, marketing, and communications activities. Before working at Project Place, she was Executive Director of a non-profit, CLN, committed to developing and sustaining affordable housing options for seniors and served as Development Director for Advocates in Framingham, developing affordable housing for individuals with disabilities.
