Tom is founder and CEO of C to C Services LLC, a minority-owned business providing specialized consulting and coaching expertise to boost the well-being and retention of relocated employees and foreign-born talent.  

Tom was born in Cambridge, England, one of the world’s most renowned innovation and education hubs. He grew up in a household that hosted foreign language students for over 20 years and got his first job at one of the Cambridge University colleges as a server to students and international visitors. These early experiences, alongside living for a short time in Switzerland and Zambia, have been the foundation of Tom’s passion for developing belonging and cross-cultural connection which follows him today. 

 
Following an initial career in sport for development and coaching, Tom moved into non-profit management, ending with a role as executive director of a London-based social impact business network before leaving friends, family and his professional network to move across the pond to the US in 2021. 
 
Tom was able to continue his leadership and team management journey during his time running the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Inclusion department, before making the difficult decision to leave this position to begin his career in consulting, as MassBio’s DEI and Health Equity consultant for it’s small biotech members. Not only did this provide Tom with yet another collection of corporate insights, it allowed him to become embedded in Cambridge Massachusetts, the biotechnology epicenter of America, and from there C to C Services℠ was born. 
 
Tom also speaks French and is a qualified workshop facilitator, personal trainer, sports coach, and mental health first-aid responder.
