Sean Dadsetan-Foley
Sean Dadsetan-Foley is the Assistant Director of Workforce Development at the Massachusetts Coalition of Community Colleges (MAAC).
Sean joined MACC in October of 2022. In his role, Sean worked alongside workforce specialists at all 15 community colleges to support their effective utilization of funds, and alignment of programming with regional workforce blueprints. The Education & Training Funds program had originally aimed to train 1,500+ Massachusetts residents in high-demand workforce areas by June 2024 and reinvigorate local economies that were hit hardest through the COVID-19 pandemic. The program ended up training over 3,300 MA residents with a 89% completion rate.
Prior to joining MACC, Sean served as the Director of Basic Needs Security and the Director of TRiO Student Support Services at Massasoit Community College in Brockton, MA. He has also worked in educational non-profits in both Baltimore City and Los Angeles, and began to focus specifically on workforce development as a member of the Economic & Workforce Development offices at both Los Angeles Harbor College & Long Beach Community College as their Manager of Internships & Job Placements.
