Mae Tobin-Hochstadt is the Senior Director of Solution Development at Year Up United. Mae is a seasoned nonprofit leader with a proven track record in strategic growth, sales leadership, and program innovation. At Year Up United, Mae has played a pivotal role in expanding workforce development initiatives and driving impactful employer partnerships. In 2024, Mae partnered with MassBio and the City of Boston to launch the Life Sciences Career Alliance in Greater Boston, securing critical funding and bringing together stakeholders to improve employment outcomes for underserved talent. She has also built and managed high-performing teams, implemented cross-functional collaboration strategies, and spearheaded initiatives that resulted in millions of dollars in funding opportunities and sustainable program models. 

In her previous roles, Mae has led sales strategy, program quality, and operational improvements, launching industry alliances and scalable training models. She has worked in sales and nonprofit program management and holds a B.A. from Swarthmore College. She is a proud resident of Boston and is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.
