DATE AND TIME
Tuesday, June 3, 2025 | 8:00 am – 4:00 pm | REGISTRATION OPEN 8:00 am 

LOCATION
The conference will be held at Boston University, George Sherman Union (GSU), 775 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, 02115. 

Enter through the main doors with the “Class of 2025” flags, then take the staircase to the 2nd floor to reach the registration tables, where MassBioEd staff will assist you with check in. Elevators are available at the back of the Student Union area, accessible through the first-floor food court. 

REGISTRATION
Registration is open at 8:00am. Check in will take place in the Stone Lobby, on the 2nd floor.  

DRESS
While business casual attire is suggested, we recommend dressing in layers since New England weather is unpredictable and it is often challenging to control the temperature inside large venues.

PARKING 

Agganis Arena Garage 

Garage Address: 925 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA, 02215, Agganis Arena Garage (Lot A) (enter behind building on Harry Agganis Way).  

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow yourself extra time to find parking at the Agganis Arena Garage (15- 20 minutes).   

EV Charging Stations are available for use. 

The QR code and instructions for Agganis Arena Garage are included below. It is approximately a 12-15 minute walk to the venue – the lot has ample parking. 

Parking is complimentary with the code. You will need the code to both enter and exit the garage.

3. Scan this QR code at Entry/Exit Kiosk where it says “SCAN BELOW.”
4. If you need help, press “Assistance” button on top right corner of Kiosk. 
5. QR code may be printed or used directly from your mobile device; printed is preferred. 
6. If used from mobile device, make sure background screen is white (not black).

ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION  

Bus  

The 47 Bus from Central Square in Cambridge heading towards Broadway Station stops at BU Bridge, which is a two-minute walk to the Union. The 57 Bus from Kenmore Square heading towards Watertown Yard stops in front of the venue.

The closest T-location is a two-minute walk from BU Central on the Green Line from downtown Boston heading outbound towards Boston College (the B line).
