20 in 20 Middle School (UMass Amherst)

**NEW** Learn about multiple 20 minute student activities or interactive demos that can be used to introduce or reinforce topics. These activities give students hands on experiences in a shorter time frame than a traditional lab. Suggestions for connecting activities to content and extensions will be provided. Topics include: water, macromolecules, cells, genetics, photosynthesis, enzymes, and molecular biology. Participants receive expanded protocols for each activity, along with the 20 in 20 booklet.
