MassBioSciences Career Development Workshop - Day 2

This event has ended. We hope to see you at a future event. See upcoming events here: https://www.massbioed.org/events

MassBioSciencesAcademic faculty positions are no longer the guaranteed career path for young scientists. Postdoctoral fellows and graduate students now require additional training and skill sets to allow for future success in alternative science career paths.

The Postdoctoral Associations from Boston Children’s Hospital, Broad Institute, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Tufts University, and Harvard School of Public Health have joined together to organize the MassBioSciences Career Development Workshop.

This workshop will provide attendees with knowledge on key transferable skills needed for transition into alternative careers, leadership and management styles, careers available in alternative paths, and how to network effectively. The event ends with a networking social where postdocs and students can practice their networking skills with their peers and industry representatives.

This event runs two days, April 28th and April 29th but the SciPhD Workshop on day one is sold out. Please join us for day two career panel sessions and networking by registering below!
