Description

Leading in a Hybrid Work Environment provides leaders in life sciences with the skills and knowledge to successfully lead their teams and organizations in a hybrid work environment. Instructor

Rick Lyman
Founder & President, Executive Consulting and Coaching

As a consultant, Rick has worked across Europe, Asia, South America, and the U.S. and has served clients in a wide range of industries including: financial services, technology, healthcare, retail, biotech, hospitality, transportation, telecommunications, agriculture, building supply, and real estate.  Among those industries Rick has a successful track record of providing comprehensive talent management solutions that have helped to transform startups, emerging market companies, and mature organizations.
 
Rick was the Director of Organizational Development for Boston Scientific and responsible for designing and implementing talent management strategies that accelerated the competitive, strategic advantage of the company. Rick has 30 years of experience leading organizational and executive development efforts for Cisco Systems, Fidelity Investments, and Bank of America. He developed a deep expertise in designing organizations, developing talent, and leading large scale transformations.  Most recently has been working as an executive coach for Harvard Business School and partnering with executives from around the world who attend the School’s Executive Education programs.
 
Rick graduated from Brown University with a BA and MA in English and with an MBA from Babson. Rick lives in Concord, MA with his wife (Keri), two boys (Christopher and Benjamin), and two dogs who keep him in shape with daily long walks in the woods.  In his spare time, he volunteers his consulting services to non-profit organizations and his mentoring to proteges around the country.
