MassBioEd presents our third annual graduation ceremony for our Life Sciences Apprenticeship Program. This special event celebrates the achievement of 25 Biomanufacturing Technician and Lab Support Specialist Apprentices who have successfully completed our rigorous program.

These dedicated apprentices have fulfilled over 150 hours of classroom instruction and 2,000 hours of hands-on training with a prominent biopharmaceutical company in Massachusetts. Our unique program is committed to providing career opportunities to individuals from historically underrepresented backgrounds, paving the way for them to enter and thrive in the growing biopharmaceutical industry.

By combining employment with leading life sciences companies with accelerated and paid training, the Life Sciences Apprenticeship Program is not only developing a pool of diverse and skilled talent but also creating pathways for non-traditional candidates to secure meaningful careers with competitive wages in a dynamic industry.
