About Allicia

Allicia joined MassBioEd in June 2022. As Leader of Operations, she oversees workplace operations and administration, human resources, and supports professional training courses as well as events and programs. Allicia has a background in administration and organizational development. She moved to Massachusetts from Virginia in September 2021. Allicia brings experience in leadership development, with a particular focus on strengthening teams through periods of growth. Allicia has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance. In her free time, she enjoys reading, learning Spanish, and exploring new cities and countries.
