A Non-Profit Organization which brokers employer & community relationships in Boston Public Schools. The primary goal of the organization is to organize youth employment services. The PIC has complimented workforce initiative incentives with school to career themes in high school pathways. At Brighton High School, the BIOTECH Pathway has been organizing an advisory board of employers to enhance classroom instruction and provide job opportunities to students studying Health Careers.
