We grow talent.

Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the Biotechnology Center for International Service Ltd (BIOCiS) is a nonprofit biotechnology service, training, and training internship organization responding to the recurring need for diversity in the biotechnology industry. We grow talent by developing women and racial/ethnic minorities for biotechnology data careers through our in-house training, and training, research and service internships, and then helping our associates to pursue open positions in the industry. We aim to do more. BIOCiS is developing programs and strategies to grow biotechnology talent and centers in Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America for international service.
