Applications are being accepted for the BioTeach Grant through March 14, 2008. To apply check out the website and click on the Educator section.

We are delighted with the response and received 79 applications by the deadline of March 14th. We will be deciding the Award winners on April 4th. Notification letters will be sent to all applicants.

The 2008-2009 Bioteach Grant Notification letters went out in the mail on Thursday, April 17, 2008. Good luck to all that applied. Packets will be going out to the awarded schools by April 28, 2008.

Many schools did not know about the grant. Is there a way to have this in circulation next time.

Winnie, be sure to check back on the website next December for updated application information for 2009-2010 application. An email message was sent to every school district Superintendent and High School Principal about the grant. I am sorry you didn't hear about it.
